SHIPPING
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship, including orders marked for express delivery. During times of high volume, orders may take up to 4-5 business days to ship.
You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.
On average, all orders are delivered within 5-10 business days (not including processing time).

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?
Both duties and VAT are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% handling fee, up to a maximum of $10.00. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Your return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All returns are subject to quality control checks based on our returns policy.
- Any returned items that do not meet our returns criteria will be sent back to you.
- Please note we only accept returns and refunds on purchases made directly through our website. Any purchases made through our third-party partners must be handled through them.
- If you have received an item that appears faulty, we deeply apologize. Please email us at support@sknebeauty.com.
- If your order came with a gift with purchase, it must be returned with the other items in your order.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.
How to submit a return:
To submit a return request, please read through our returns policy before submitting your request and then email us at support@sknebeauty.com.
Any returns sent to us that have not been submitted via email will not be processed.
You’ll be notified via email once your return has been approved and/or rejected in line with our returns policy and the next steps.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders.We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
